Well the extreme heat this year in OK has shrivelled alot of my Petunia's and Million Bells to nothing....so we have just been out and bought some lovely succulents that flower multi-colours and trail. They love the heat and need low level watering, I think you guys call one of them a Moss Rose :thumbs:

So I am off out to replant my baskets...laters

Sukie.... I love moss rose ! (Portulaca) I am trying it planted in the ground this year, as we only very rarely get a hard freeze in the winter. It's in a sunny, sheltered area so it should survive an overnight chill down to 30. I will try to get a pic of it to post later.

Meanwhile, I have more water lilies blooming :dance:

I've got some Thai chili pepper plants started. Hoping to transplant next weekend. I'm worried about the damn chickens running around though... if one of those chickens eats or kills my baby plants... I'm going "postal"!!!

OH wow.. those water lillies are lovely :)

We are planning on having a green house too... I love gardening and so does my Honey...but until then we are going to have only herbs as we both looooove to cook :thumbs:
