the petitioner and the beneficiary are required to prepare the 325A complete with signatures. your copy of 325A with your signatures and the fiance copy of 325A with signatures. At this point you might have no choice but to wait for your "rfe" (request for evidence). At that time you will follow the directions they give to correct the problem........i think i understood your question and hope it helps.

You are talking Fiancee, yet your profile says K-3?

Anyway I-129F should have 2 G-325A with it, one 4 page G325A from Beneficiary signed by Benificiary, and one 4 page one from the Petitioner signed by petitioner.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

That is what should be but USCIS has a policy not to RFE or reject otherwise properly filed petitions for an unsigned G325a. In any event, there is nothing to do but wait. There's no way to know whether the person reviewing your file will know the policy or follow it.

Don't send anything additional unless they request it.

I would wait until USCIS actually requests for the evidence that you're missing. Sending anything to them separately from your whole case would only get lost in their chaos.

See bolded in my answer and multiple other answers telling you to wait and do nothing now.
