Approved April/May/June Filers waiting for NVC

Just called in, and my case isn't yet in NVC , now I will really wait for a week before I call.

I still have hope that my case is in this wave of cases that went to NVC from USCIS, and that the NVC is just working on this load to be entered into the system.

The NVC have received my petition in nov 10 and has given me my case #. Our Case was sent to Rio de Janeiro Embassy yesterday!!!!!!

Petition finally arrived at NVC
November 12, 2007

I called NVC at 6:45am and was told it arrived yesterday and will not be there long because it is a K-3. I'm so happy.. We are so happy. I called Ahmad and he made me swear this is true. I know he is walking around numb right now. He's like a champagne bottle ready to be popped open.. When he finally gets his visa in hand, I know he will dance and dance and dance when he has his farewell celebration with his friends and family. I can see him now doing his arabic dancing with all his heart in the street with his best friends the way his troupe does for others celebrations but this time its for our new life together here in America..
and when he is here we both will dance our victory dance together.
Alhamdullilah!!! Hallelujah!!! Praise you Lord!!!

Sometimes during this waiting.. in which we are still in the waiting.. just in another phase of this race.. I have to remind myself of how sovereign and all-knowing God is. I think of His great love & mercy.. also I think of the love between my husband and I (read our signature below). I'm reminded to make the most of this time while we are apart. Although its extremeley hard at times.. I try to push myself to continue to do what I need to do during the wait. Making the most of the opportunity while I can. If I can't see clearly of things I can do then I pray..and soon enough it comes to me as to what I can or need to do. It could be something spiritual, physical, mental, financial or all. Make the most of this time you have right now.. both of you will benefit in the end. I hope this helps somebody. I'm can be forgetful.. so many times someone else reminds me of this..and then some.

l just called to NVC and finally l could talked to an operator, he was helpful. My case is not there yet, l asked him why is it that some cases approved after mine from CSC get to NVC before, he said he didn´t have an explanation for that, and that USCIS send thousand of cases and they wait until they have many.

He advised me to contact USCIS to find out it they already sent my case.

The wait continues, this si so sad.

l had to wait 232 days to be approved and now it has been 5 weeks sence approved and nothing yet.

Hello faith11. I would definately call USCIS to check the status, but if you do make sure you call through the RFE line because If you don't, an idiot will answer the phone at USCIS and tell you a lie.

The first time I called USCIS (using the RFE line) to check the status of my case they told me "your case has not been sent to NVC yet, it's still at the NVC Staging area". And then on Monday I called and they told me my physical file had been transferred to NVC on 12/08 (which is true, because NVC received it on 12/12). So like I said, I recommend yoiu call through the RFE line because this will connect you directly to the CSC and these people are able to see more information about your case.

603 334-0700 You can call from 7:30am - 12:00am eastern standard M-F (to speak with live person) If you don't get thru..keep trying. 7:45am and 11:30am worked for me, although I did have to redial a few times when automation ended call . Mondays were busy. I set my alarm at 6:30am just for this too..but it was worth it. Wish you the best.

what could this touch mean?

Our case was approved both I-130 and I-129f on Nov. 30. I got touches for both I-130 and I-129f after approval on Dec 02. I checked my portfolio just now and found out that I got a touch for my I-129f on Dec .13., but my I-130 was left untouched. I remember I made a call 2 days ago Dec 12 using the rfe line but she didin't give me any information about the I-129f case because I'm not the petitioner. I'm just wondering if this touch is made because of my call even though she didn't give me information. , or the touch could mean, they already forward my I-129f to nvc/ What do you think? if this is the case, what will happen to my I-130? Anyone who experience the same?

Here I am ... sorry for the multiple post but I am dancing in the morning... I am approved and finally have caught up with my friends from the past...... looking foward to some guidance on the NVC step!
