I'm not sure I'd buy anything before he gets here. My husband has gained a few pounds since he's arrived and it's possible that yours might have the same outcome since the food is different here and he's likely to be less active when he first gets here.

Yeah, I'd agree. None of the pants that he brought with him here fit him anymore. Not that he's gained huge amounts of weight but he's gone from wearing a 30/34 (harder to find) to a 32/34 or sometimes a 34/34 (much easier to find).

I think I know what that means. In my opinion it means I'd much rather see a man with pants on that fit his @ss rather than it looking like he just took a ####### in them. I hate that! Javi has issues with wearing shirts that are too tight though. He's really big chested and he thinks if his shirt it too tight it makes him look fat. I think it he looks muscular instead of fat. I'd much rather see him in a shirt that fits than one so baggy you can't tell what he looks like underneath.

I need help.

I am trying to purchase a few wintery items for my husband so that he'll have them here when he arrives. I am finding that a lot of stores boast about selling xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxl items but hardly any sell items that have a waist below 30!

Any suggestions from the skinny men or the wives of skinny men?

well.. clothing should fit well.... i know it's a personal matter.. but theres a reason why some clotes have to be fit, others can be loose, etc etc..

I dunno, hubby's been here a year & he hasn't gained at all. We're pretty active people though. Plus he's been the same size all his life - 29-30" waist.

Yep I agree. Same thing happened with my husband. He got fat (not exactly) and sassy sitting around waiting for the EAD.

I'm sure your husband has a few wintery type outfits to tide him over until you go shopping. Mine came with long johns, sweaters and gloves even though he came in spring. He was well prepared. If you're gonna buy anything, buy a winter coat. You can't really mess up sizing when it comes to winter coats.
