On info on parents place of residence. One parent is deceased? Do I put deceased or last place of residence.

Also I have a document from my fiance's country stating maritial status as being single never married. It is a country issued document basically stating single and freee to marry.

Should I include this with the 1-129F or not?

I would put deceased

The document is specifically not required but if the document is in English or is accompanied by an English translation there is nothing that says you cannot include it...

You can put DECEASED.

As for your other question, it can't hurt as long as it is translated and a copy.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

The best thing would be to inform them that a parent has passed...so I would put deceased.

I think if you can include anything that would show you have gone out of your way and translated the document (if not in English), then it is good to have and send with your I-129F. You can also wait and save it for your interview.

I-129F Submitted: Pending
