I called CSC today using TBone's tips...spoke with a very nice officer that gave me Barry's A number...checked where my file was...then told me...it's still on a shelf and has not been assigned...~sigh~....but...she said they are currently working on October apps and mine may be another month....

We filed around the same time, debbylyn. I really have to pray for a lot more patience.....but i know the day will eventually come when we receive our NOA2.

It's good you're visiting your fiance....helps to take your mind off this terrible wait. :)

Good luck to us all still waiting for approvals!!

According to my timeline I should be seeing some kind of movement around 11th March.

I can't believe how we've resisted the temptation to call.....lol

Although my SO has itchy fingers right now.

The only reason I am calm is because i'm off to Dallas on Sunday for two weeks work training, so one way or another I will get 'bleedin' touched

I'm going to keep spying on Lucian as we're so close. So watch out guys, I'm on your case......lol

Another congrats to any new Octobiler filers i've missed. ''What?'' ''Me? Jealous? NEVER!!''

RFE Problems

I received a RFE on 02/19/2008 and responded on 02/20/2008. On 02/22/2008 received email notice saying that the document was received. Since then I have 3 touches in a row on the 25th, 26th and 27th. After that nothing no update or anything. I have called twice and no one can tell me anything but that my case is under review. Has anyone had a similar experience.

You should get your NOA2 way before I do cuz you filed in September. But it's good you're going to see your fiance....it will definitely help break this agonizing wait. :)
