Hi,All

My Baby has her interview tomorrow .Lets all pray she does well.Anyway,if she does get her visa, she wants to stay in Romania to finish taking her exams in June, then, come here.My question: I've never gone about buying a ticket from Romania to here.Mostly I've just bought tickets here, flown there. Can I buy her ticket from here? To fly from Romania to the US,or,I'm also wondering if maybe it might be cheaper for her to buy her tickets there? .Anyway, hoping all goes well tomorrow,I just want to be prepared when she gives me the news for the next step. Thanks to any and all in advance.

Good luck. You can buy the ticket but maybe she can buy it cheaper there. That is what I did with Claudeth and it saved me about $150 :D

If you fly her through Aeroflot you can purchase her ticket over the phone with no problems. You must send them a scanned passport of your inside information and signature page or drivers licence from your state plus back and front of the credit card you are using. They will issue her a PTA ticket (There is an exrta charge of $50 :crying: ) She could pick up at there office in her city with proof of valid passport and the K-1 Visa inside. Aeroflot has a K-1 Visa airfare deal. It is a open 3 month or 6 month ticket, if there becomes a need for a return (Hope Not). There is a small $100 fee to pay if the date of departure is before the 3 or 6 months. A small price to pay, since must on demand tickets are $3000 and up. 1-800-340-6400 Aeroflot NY Office

Sorry to set in my ways of hearing that 800 number, its 1-888-340-6400

And name one other International Airline or Domestic that has a K-1 deal??????? With that open ticket offer, my travel agent company charges me there $25 exrta fee since it is a "Just plane ticket" and no "Tour Booking". How much commission is made off a $4000....$$$$$ "Tour" by your travel agent??? A lot more then $50....... That commission is in the price and your paying it. Correct?? So they get you Coming or Going ;)

And all the good that there is in this Journey for that special person, I hope things go well for you and you don't get stuck with an early departure and $$$$$$$$$$. But You most look and accept the negative to find the positive. All this Air Fare War and debate all comes down to where you are and where they are. The botton line is Look and You Shall Find.:yes::yes:
