Pls. give me some advice about him being in my interview.I really want him to be there in my interview and he said he will be there with me.What do you think about that? :help:

Greetings!

My Opinion:

1. As a US Citizen, he will be allowed to enter the embassy but will not be allowed in the Consuls cubicle during your interview.

2. You will feel okay but just make sure that he has the budget in going back and forth, otherwise save for the rest of the applications/expenses once in the states.

I went to the interview with my husband (fiance at the time). We were both nervous and excited - and it was SO much better for us both. I was allowed to go in and the CO talked to me more than my husband....hehehe

We were in and out in 6 minutes.

Another pro to going to the interview is that 3 days later we came to the US together.

Oh yea...and we spent 9 FABULOUS days in Rio de Janeiro!
