I am freaking out because I am worried that they may send the packet back rejected due to the new fees. Do you think we are good?

They cashed our checks and we did biometrics. I think that I am freaking myself out by the rejected stories I am reading... it's breaking my heart for the couples who have to resubmit.

TIME LINE 2007

01/12/07-I Fly to Australia

01/25/07-We Got Married!

07/15/07-Point of Entry (K3 Visa)

Hi Rings, it seems we have the same dates, I sent my AOS package on July 26th, and also got the first online notice dated August 17th. Now, you say that you have been touched already after your biometrics, does 'touched' mean an online update? I got my biometrics done last Sep 15th, but in my online case status, there have been no changes at all, just the same old message saying they received my package, What does your say?

A touch is where they update the website date only. They did not change the pending status of our case. It is received and pending, but they touched it.
