Sent I-129 application package to CSC. 9/10/07

Received hard copy NOA1 09/27/07

Received email of I-129 approval 01/31/08

Received had copy NOA2 and notice that

petition has been sent to NVC 02/05/08

Received Packet 3 03/03/08

Returned Packet 3 to Emabassy 03/06/08

Interview 06/06/08

This is a long, painful story so I'll just say that Wilaiwan finally arrived in Seattle(in a blizzard) on 12/21/08

O_O;;; Checked the USCIS page yesterday, said there was a touch. First one ever. Checked my e-mail today, apparently that touch was an approval, they just didn't bother updating the system. Woot! All us september filers can see the end soon! XD

So we now have 9 CSC'ers that got NOA2's yesterday with 2 of them true september filers (NOA1 sent dates). i think thats a record.

I think I waited more time for my Oath Ceremony schedule rather than interview process and after 13 minutes the lady gave my sched WOW CAN'T BELIEVE ......yayyyyyyy

YEP!! its their "normal" timeline... Its just depend on who got your file hahaha :lol:

Anyway....another 3-4-5-6 months would pass by real fast..and in a lifetime it's nothing so hang in there. :)

Most likely you'll get your approval sooner than that. 7+ months are for the ones that have RFE's or problems in the security/name/background checks. The bulk of approvals come at 5-6 months from mailing date (I think).
