So I am now preparing MY AOS, and I can't find my NOA2. I only have the first one. NOA stands for Notice of Action/Approval right? The green paper that says our petition was approved? I dont remember if we got a 2nd notice. I have searched everywhere and all I found was one NOA. Can someone show me what a NOA2 looks like? And if I can't find it, omg what should I do?! :crying: It's a requirement for this AOS!

Aug 16 06 - Mailed AOS by Fedex 2Day

Aug 25 06 - NOA for AOS & EAD

Aug 30 06 - Received mail for Biometrics Appointment

Sept 6 06 - AOS Transferred to CSC

Sept 9 06 - Biometrics Appointment

Nov 03 06 - EAD APPROVED!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOT!

Nov 20 06- AOS APPROVED!!!! OMG THANK YOU! THANK YOU THANK YOU! ..now just waitin for d card to arrive ^_^

they are all the same form but the one that you need says that the petition has been approved. Here's what it looks like. Good Luck

June 10 Oath Ceremony - Teikyo Loretto Heights, Denver, Colorado

July 7 Received Passport in 3 weeks

Shredded all immigration papers Have scanned images

NOA1 is the notice that tells you they have received the petition.

NOA2 is the actual approval notice.

If you have lost your NOA2, you may apply for a duplicate notice: http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-824.htm. The application fee is $200.

Well thank God I dint lose it. I lost my noa1 but not the approval notice. sheew!! Thanks motu for the snapshot and ephesia for d info.

If you happen to have a copy don't stress to much about it.We lost it too.Had the interview and the copy was enough.

Heheh - glad you founnd it, but you know what? We went to the interview will EVRYTHING from USCIS and the letter as well...submitted the letter in the little tray and then when we went in, tried giving the officer our NOA's.

She said "nah, I don't need those."

Then she looked throguh everything else we had instead! :o So there ya go.... Anyway - that might be totally abnormal! Have a good weekend! :)(F)

3/29/06 - AOS Approved!

3/3/08 - Check cashed for ROC at CSC...

Feb 2009 - Called USCIS to see what the heck was goin' on...

FEB 20th 2009 - Received email - GC on the way!

I am APPROVED for the 10 year PR Card!
