He played here in Portland a couple of years ago, a summer freebie concert down in Monument Square. I thought he was fabulous, and I think he has a great future ahead of him.

If you're interested...I just found this live performance. (He reminds me a little of Paul Simon, but with a more rugged voice) I think he's going to be huge.

Sure thing, brother deano. I never heard of him before yesterday...was listening to the radio all day and when I heard him, he really stood out for me. It's refreshing to my ear to hear someone that has a definitive style all their own. I'm on this folk music kick right now...was listening to old cowboy songs before. My tastes are all over the place.

hehehe...that's cool. The guitar melody sounds so much like Paul Simon's Rythm of the Saints. I bought that CD back in '89 and never got tired of listening to it.
