We're approved! yehey! To all the members of VisaJourney, my big THANKS for being so supportive and for giving us so much infos....from our journey from I-129F application to AOS......For all the suggestions and tips and for answering my posts.....MARAMING SALAMAT SA INYONG LAHAT (THANK YOU VERY MUCH!).

My interview went so quick...our immigration officer is also a Filipino......he even joked that he looked like an actor in the Philippines (Piolo Pascual), maybe 50-year old version though (LOL! :))....

Some tips: Bring some photocopies of your original documents....In my case, he took all the proof of joint assets and liabilities (insurance, phone bills, electric bills, joint account infos) and 3 wedding pictures.

- he also took my work permit and stamped my passport instead so I can apply while waiting for my greencard.....

He asked me the following questions:

- Did I work abroad? What was my work?

- Did I get married within the 90-day probationary period?

- He did type our new address and ask me if I filed online (weird they did not receive it)

- The Yes and No questions:

- Where and how did we meet?

- My husband's work, my hubby's bday...

He also checked my passport and took out the I-94 form and my hubby's CA ID.....

He ask me to sign this approval form and he explained about the removal of condition (he put the dates when to file).

I can now breathe and rest from this USCIS stuff for more than a year.....Whew!!!!! God is good!

Congratulations, it is a great feeling to get past this.

Yup, it's really wonderful feeling archie07.....after all the tedious preparations and the "unending" waiting....it's over for the meantime....It would be a loooooooong vacation for us....i'll see them (USCIS) before my 2nd anniversary :)...cheers!
