NVC havent encashed 380$ fee

I-130 goes to CSC. Once approved they will forward your case to NVC. Basically, the date "your case will be completed on...." on their website has nothing to do with CR1/IR1 application at all. The provided date on the website meant that it is the expected date when your I-130 will be approved. Once CSC has fowarded your case to NVC, you will have to call 603-334-0700 to check your status. Call that number to get updates on your CR1/IR1 status.

I Am doing that.... every day and wife too calls them and we break our little head with them.... I dont know what to say ... is it because the california serive centre and NVC have got lots of cases in the last 3 months because people wanted to avoid the FEE hike.

Is it because of that way .... And i was thinking that i will wait for this whole month..... and if nothing happens i will send them new payment of 380 $.... in the first week of september....

I am doing so because... normally... it takes 7 days to process a payment... since these guys ae 15 days behind .... so i added both .. and it comes to 22 days... add to it 8 days of weekends to its pretty much working out like a month or so ..... They got my fees on Aug 3... so i will wait till August 30....

What do you say friends... shalll i do this

Wait until August 30th, like you suggested yesterday.

I was also confused by your timeline, perhaps you had put your NOA2 date in the NOA1 field by accident? The NOA1 is when you receive a letter from USCIS that tell you they've received your packet. Your NOA2 is the date of your case acceptance.

guys guys...ladies and gentlement.. thwese NOA and all short forms are like Bouncers to me... goign on top of my head.... i just know one thing.... My wife sent I -130 then i got choice of address agent DS-3032>> i selected my wifes address and sent to NVC>> NVC accepts it.....> then they tell to pay 70$ >>> wife pays it... its accepted in 1 week>>>> get a letter to fill out and send I-864>>> wife sends it, accepted.. by NVC..... all clear in that>>> get letter or 380 fee bil>>> then wife sends it on aug 2>>> St louis gets on Aug 3......... after that waiting......

In all honesty I think the waiting game is starting to get to you and I can't blame me for that since it's pretty painful. But it hasn't been 3 weeks yet since your wife sent the IV bill payment and it looks like the NVC is slowing down pretty hard with all the cases they've been getting since May. If you have confirmation that they received the payment, then it's just a matter of patiently waiting for them to put it in their system. Keep calling them everyday if you have to until you find out when that is.

I callled NVC from India but they didnt take my call and told to call after 6 Pm eastern time... Ridiculous( I wish they Hired More people in call Centre)

I am doing thaty only...... My wife is sending NVC portsmouth and St louis people similar letters containing the following to locate out payment.

1) Copy of USPS Receipt

2)Xerox Copy of 380 bill payment( money order of bank)

3) Letter stating My Case Details and other stuff.

jigi....have you had the chance to talk to a representative at NVC? You need to know your status from them. No point getting angry and driving youself nuts. Go rent a movie. Go to the mall. Keep yourself busy. But foremost, you have to talk to someone at NVC and confirm the status of your case. Keep calling 603-334-0700. It took me several days to finally get a hold of someone. My USPS certified mail was worthless. Even my cashiers check was not endorsed (cashed on 8-16-07). But they did confirmed that my AOS was received on 8-22-07 (mailed 8-15-07) and IV Bill received on 8-15-07 (mailed 8-02-07). Per conversation, the AOS will be reviewed within the next 4 weeks and the DS-230 cover letter will be mailed to me sometime next week.

helllo my friends... Goood afternoon,

I listened to futball dad.. got busy in work.. i put on my FM radio ( RED FM and Radio Mirchi)... and Listened to songs

yesterday Aug 23... it has been 15 working days , that St louis got my Fee. I called NVC from India and wife called it too twhat they said to both of us was this" Mam we cannot contact the Stlouis people as its bank/ fee processing company... We cannot do anything its upto them when they put in our system so we can generate the next part of your visa petition. just give us more time...... We are told to say it takes 2 to 4 weeks to process everything.

Now lets see what happpens.... Thank for all your guidance people... and please pray for me if you can .. it will take just 10 seconds for all of u.
