751 Divorce waiver, remarried, do I refile?

Hello, can’t really find this anywhere. 

Got my 2yr GC 03/2023, expired 03/2025. Divorce finalized 06/2023. I have a solid set of proof for the marriage. Filed 751 01/2025. I still haven’t heard anything. 

Lost GC, got 551 stamp. 

 

My question is that I recently got married to a USC and do I refile and restart AOS again based on this new marriage? or do I wait until I hear back re: 751?

Do not refile, your ROC and any immigration benefits you get will always based off the first spouse.

Please complete your timelines. Expect scrutiny since you divorced shortly after receiving green card.
