K1 approved manila,Philippines. But says no status?

Hello, 

  Hoping you guys can please help me with a question.My fiance Had her interview on Dec23, and the consulate told her she was approved. I know that doesn't mean much. Until it is shown on the case status check as approved. But when ever i try to check under non immigrant visa and fill in all the options it tells me " your search did not return any data" But if i only fill in the embassy and her ds-160 number then put NA for passport and surname. it says no status. I have talked to a few other people that had interviews on the same day and they already got their visa showing "issued". So am i doing something wrong? Is it a glitch? maybe behind cause of the holidays? Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

u use immigrant / immigration uses immigrant on this site

u will put in her embassy #  / ds 160 is not needed here

Thank you for your reply. I tried clicking on the link you provided. I filled all the boxs and i still get the same message

then it isnn't yet posted as it was the holiday times

I was only able to get results by selected "immigrant visa" (even though K-1 officially is not) and "NA" for both passport and surname.  Filling in the form completely gives no search results, same as you show.
