I haven't seen anyone start this so I will.

Apparently November filers are the first full month to be able to use the new online form so that's interesting. I didn't realize the online form was so new or I might have done it by mail. Right now I am in total stress out mode.

Timeline so far (spouse and minor son on same I-751 form):

 - Submitted packet online form first day possible - 11/13

 - Confirmation of receipt notice USCIS online account - 11/13

 - Received extension letter in mail - TBD... (still haven't received the receipt notice in the mail yet and it's killing me even though it says it was sent in our account)

The 60 days for inquiry isn't until 1/12/2026 which is killing me.

Edit: After reading someone else's post who has a similar situation I reached out to the representative on Emma. She checked in the system and even though the system read as receipt mailed it was not. She submitted an e-request for the receipts for both to be mailed out. It just sucks that the response time can be up to 30 business days and now I worry about not having paper in hand when the conditional card expires.

All you need to have in hand are the 2 year Green Card and the original 48 month extension letter.  Once you have those, you are set.  No need for anything else at this time.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I understand but the concern is that we don’t have the extension letter. They said they sent the letter and we found out they never mailed it. The representative sent the request to have it mailed but now we’re back in limbo. It’s so frustrating and scary not knowing especially since now we have no insight into the system.

Did you file request for non-delivery of notice?

The representative I talked to said she did. She gave me two really long reference numbers starting with T1S and ending with MSC (one for my spouse and one for my son). Does that sound correct to you, if you know?
