DS-260 DRIVING ME CRAZY

I’ve been trying to fill out the DS-260 since my case has finally made it to NVC but the website is logging me out after every second, literally. When it comes to filling out the spouse section i cant even get to the drop down without it just randomly logging out. I’ve tried on my phone, laptop, google chrome, safari, Firefox, edge, clearing cache, incognito mode and even working during off hours. I’d understand if i was Idling or taking too long, but just by clicking the drop down I’m getting logged off. Please help. I dont Know how to finish this

Just to confirm, you’ve had your welcome letter and paid the fees?

Yes i  am in the process of filling it out but it is taking days as it always logs me out.

May be updating over the weekend

 this is one of the issues we often have 

try it during the week and late at night when fewer people (like the employees themselves) are not online

Fab, was just checking as sometimes people don’t realise they have to wait for payment to clear and wait before proceeding to the next stage. 
 

I agree with @JeanneAdil, it may be weekend maintenance so clear cookies etc and try again in the week.
