Hello 👋 I was hoping to get some opinion regarding of whether to submit the K1 visa after my fiance leaves the country which will be in couple days and submit it the day he leaves or before or just wait for him to leave the country to file it to USCIS. Also, I am changing address in the next 2 weeks and did anyone had an issue of changing their address through USCIS. Do I just log in the account and change it? will it delay the process once its submitted with the old address but then changing it in the next 2 weeks. Thank you and I appreciate your insights. thanks.

I would just file with the new address.  It doesn't matter if you mail the packet when your fiance is visiting, or not.

Second vote for this.... Make it a clean packet. Just note if you file the petition while they are inside the U.S., you have to fill out the items 38.a - 38.h. in Part 2 of the I-129F

Is there a reason you'd prefer a K1 over a CR1?  Your fiance is here...you could do a quick ceremony and get married, file a CR1 and continue life, as you were going to when you planned to file the K1.  The difference being your partner would go through consular processing in their home country and would receive their greencard upon entrance to the US, versus the K1 process of obtaining the visa, entering the US, marrying, adjusting status and applying for a work permit.

Yes, thanks we know that option but prefer the k1 for various circumstances and I know it’s taking longer now too :(

Yes he is leaving this Saturday but maybe I don’t have to fill this out because we will send it with the new address and he will be gone by then? What do you suggest? Thanks

If he's not in the country on the day you sign the petition then you don't have to answer those items. The difference of a few days in filing is nothing in the grand scheme of things so I would do as you planned, wait until you are at the new address, file it with that as your current address and he will be out of the US at that point so you can leave those items blank and it's a nice, clean petition that you will file
