Hello 👋 I was hoping to get some opinion regarding of whether to submit the K1 visa after my fiance leaves the country which will be in couple days and submit it the day he leaves or before or just wait for him to leave the country to file it to USCIS. Also, I am changing address in the next 2 weeks and did anyone had an issue of changing their address through USCIS. Do I just log in the account and change it? will it delay the process once its submitted with the old address but then changing it in the next 2 weeks. Thank you and I appreciate your insights. thanks.

I would just file with the new address.  It doesn't matter if you mail the packet when your fiance is visiting, or not.

Second vote for this.... Make it a clean packet. Just note if you file the petition while they are inside the U.S., you have to fill out the items 38.a - 38.h. in Part 2 of the I-129F
