My wife and I have been married since March 2019.  She has currently decided to start working on her citizenship, so fun has begun.  We will be filing under the three year rule.  My evidence skills are a little rusty.  Will this stuff work for evidence?

For supporting evidence of the marriage:

-I have the bank writing a letter that says we have had a joint bank account since March 2019.  I don't want to send them 3 years of joint bank account details.

-I'm sending the last four years of tax transcripts.

-Picture of our child recently born, plus his birth cert.

-Our current tax documents for the current house.

We have moved 3 times for my work, since we were married.  Should I be submitting documents to support the moving dates?

Is the bank writing a letter saying we have had a joint bank account since 2019, going to be enough?  I don't really want to send my bank account statements over.

Should we be submitting flight tickets the two times she has left the country since we were married.  We have been together for the last six years for basically every day except 2 or 3 months total since we were married.

We only have to show evidence for 3 years of moving.  We moved a lot for my work the first few years.  I don't want to go down that rabbit hole.  She also doesn't work.  Do you have to show you can financially be taken care of?

When you file for N-400 under 5 year rule (General provision) you just have to list addresses in the last 5 years. You don't have to provide any evidence of that. If all the moves were in the US and she didn't live outside the US, it's super easy. For evidence, she'd only have to provide 5 years of tax return transcripts, marriage certificate and and certificates of children born in this marriage.

With 3 year rule filing, she has to prove bonafide marriage and many other things like financial comingling.

3 year rule interview may require US citizen spouse to be interviewed. For 5 year rule, it's not the case.

In general, less evidence is needed for general provision.
