As the title says I would like to see were we are in the list for 129 visa application but I can't see our exact account in the list and my timeline is somewhat barren. I am new and have no idea how the sight works if someone could give me a quick rundown that would be fantastic. Thank you in advance.

You’ve put F-1 (student visa) in as your visa type on your profile, is that right? You’ve posted this is the K-1 fiancé/e visa section and mention I-129 visa but there’s no such thing? There’s the I-129 form which is for various non-immigrant visas, or the I-129f form which is for the K-1.

If you can clarify then somebody will be happy to help, and if you are applying for a K-1 then if you fill your timeline in with the right type of visa you’ll get more fields to complete and a better idea of where you are in the process.

Yes, @appleblossom it seems I've made a mistake on my profile in that case. Certainly not the student visa the K-1 if what we have applied for. If get the two mixed up, you would think F for fiance and K for knowledge.... I will try to fix my time line and see if that changes anything!

Hello and welcome :)  Thank you for filling out your profile.  It definitely helps the community out and helps with more specific answers.

I like your logic with the K and the F.  Unfortunately, as with most things immigration related, it isn't that logical!

Your profile says you had an RFE.  What was it for?

Ah, well now that you’ve fixed it you have the VJ expected date, so hopefully that’s what you were after. 👍

Good luck with the rest of your process.
