RFE HELP..

I decided to put up a new topic since the previous RFE topic I started had Jessel and Chris, but not anymore since they didn't have to send a RFE and got a great news of approval.

I sent my RFE reply August 13 via Express (next day delivery) and I would like to ask if any one here in VJ has gone through this RFE process can tell or show me how long did it take to get your NOA2 once they have received the RFE. I hope I will see some activity by tomorrow (Aug. 15) and hopefully even better a NOA2 this week (pushing my luck heheh); as long as I get it this month. I've done a few research and found out that officers or adjudicators do the RFEs first thing when they start their job. Thanks guys for your support and I need your prayers. I want my NOA2 so bad. Well, you're alot further than we are, but from what I've read....seems like it is quite possible you could have an answer as soon as a week or less. sounds like pretty good chance you're soon getting an approval. Good luck.

Hey kits_24_faith how was your call in CSC??? Some officers there are not really working their job well, like just what happened to us. They didn't even checked our papers well and it sucks that they put us on RFE in fact everything we sent are all right. We are very much bless and lucky that the officer answered my fiance's call is very nice. I hope that the angel who answered us will also answer you if you call...Don't worry kits_24_faith I know you will have your NOA2 soon....

well I just called to inquire if they have received our RFE reply.. I talked to a nice lady and she said that I should see an update this week and if not call again. I wish I got the same result as you did when your fiance called. It just really depends who answers the phone. Sometimes it's the officers themselves, but most of the time its the customer service representative and they don't know anything. They just tell you what they see on their computers when they key in the receipt number. Thank you so much and I do pray that I'll get the NOA2 before the month of August ends.

I got touched on August 17 (Friday) due to phone call but the date didn't change Saturday, but today Sunday I got a touch. But ofcourse I bet it's just the system or the "two touches" when you call USCIS. After all they don't work on Sundays. I hope Monday I'll get an update.

Hi Kits and Faith

I am sure you will get the approval very soon (hope they are already approved), do check with them and call them, as they may not update their website when they approved your case, my case is still pending on their website, although I know the approval news from my attorney, so for my case I will wait for few days and see any approval updated for me. I know how you feel, and sad of missing each other. I will pray for you guys, and hope to hear from your good news very soon.
