I just sent my fiance over 800 dollars three days ago and she called me last night wanting 3000 dollars more. I told her that I don't get paid until next week and I do not have enough to pay my rent at the end of the month and I will be living in the streets. She said I was being selfish even though I told her I will send her the money as soon as I get paid. She hung up on me and she wont answer her phone. She sent me an email saying that she wont talk to me until I send her the money. Can somebody please tell me what I should do and is it possible that she could be using me?

No. Its just a cultural difference that you don't understand. Send her the money, a bouquet of flowers and beg her forgiveness for your ignorance. If I were her I wouldn't marry a racist like you.

Is it okay if I just send an empty envelope to USCIS so I can beat the fee increase?

bwhahaha!

Well my fiancee's not actually in the US yet, and the wedding will be in September, so I can't fill in the AOS form yet. But they can just RFE me for that, right?

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

Thank you for your words of wisdom and being honest. You are right and I just need to be more considerate. I just sent her via email my mastercard number and now she is so happy with me.

Yeah you are alright because they will forgive you as soon as you marry a USC. You can marry on the VWP anyways so the K-1 is in fact useless and just a way for USCIS to make money. Have a happy wedding!

Don't SCARE and FRIGHTEN people about adjusting from VWP. No one in the history of immigration has ever been denied.

Hey I deleted the name - I thought that was very nice of me.

 You know you can still click the link to go back to the orignal poster though... (you needed to also remove the "post=XXXXX" section to avoid that.)

Oh well - I'm not here to be nice. You're the only one I like bszoom! :luv:

Then Immigration must be there just to create employement, so we pay them to pay their employees, they will all approve us sooner or later. It's just a random process.
