Hi! Long time reader, first time poster. I just submitted my I-129F, but I realized I forgot to enclose a check, provide proof of meeting in the last 2 years, and I didn't sign any of the forms. Do you think I will get an RFE, or will they just approve us?

It's okay, my fiance didn't sign any of the forms, and we got approved!! So you definitely won't get an RFE!

why are so many american men marrying women from other countries?

Because I read in the VJ faq that she has to work to support me and my lazy lifestyle, or I can call Immigration and have her deported!

Is it okay if I just send an empty envelope to USCIS so I can beat the fee increase?

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

I just sent my fiance over 800 dollars three days ago and she called me last night wanting 3000 dollars more. I told her that I don't get paid until next week and I do not have enough to pay my rent at the end of the month and I will be living in the streets. She said I was being selfish even though I told her I will send her the money as soon as I get paid. She hung up on me and she wont answer her phone. She sent me an email saying that she wont talk to me until I send her the money. Can somebody please tell me what I should do and is it possible that she could be using me?

10Yr GC arrived 07/02/09 - Naturalization is next
