I am about to file for husband but I am in the process buying a home and I have to move from where I live asap and staying with my son for a couple of months. What physical address can I use to file my i-130 petition?

The address where you are staying with your son, will do nicely.  The tense of your question is confusing though.  As written, in the present tense, you are still living at the home you will be moving from.  Enter the information that is correct on the date you file.

You simply enter the information as of the date you file the document.

You can enter your PO box as your mailing address, and your son's address as your physical address.  Yes, USCIS will mail to a PO Box.
