Hello again everyone.

I had some questions regarding filling out form I-751

1) Page 2, Item number 20: since when initially filling my I-485 i had been asked a similar question and had answered yes because i was detained for a misdemeanor (public intoxication). and had noticed the question stated abroad. reason for asking this is i was curious as to know if this question is time period specific ( time between I-485 till current?) or time since i was born till now.

2) Basis for petition I'm not sure exactly what this section is in regards to. Joint filling? i assume since i entered the USA on a K1 Visa legally and completed my I-485 that i would select (my spouse). Also in other information (Page 3: 2A-5, 6.a.-6.h.) do i put the petitioners information or me the conditional residence? i assume this is about the petitioner (my wife)

3) Lastly just checking to make sure nothing has changed in regard to submitting the cheque do we still address it to U.S Department Of Homeland Security?

As always i really appreciate everyone help on the forums. this community has helped my Wife and I tremendously.

1.  The question says "ever"......meaning at any time in the past.

2.  1a.  Part 4 is about the spouse of the conditional resident.

3.  The fee is $750....no biometrics fee.

Be aware that, for an I-751, the conditional resident is the petitioner.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

So in regards to me the conditional resident the petitioner for I-751. for page 3, part 3, item# 1.a. i selected my spouse for Joint filling? or do i not select anything. since I'm filling on my behalf? if im understanding this correctly i would not select either since she is not filling because she was born and raised a citizen of USA.

sorry its been a little while since we have had to fill out paperwork for USCIS.

Yes, 1a is correct. Most of I-751 petitioners are expected to file jointly with US citizen spouse.
