In my case it took 3 days after passport delivery.

Passport arrived first, three days later I got NC back, and next day I received passport card.

There is week 3 of waiting for my naturalization certificate and I am worried.

Week 3 after passport was delivered? Or week 3 after sending cerficate?

If first, there are instructions who to call when you don't receive it back after some time.

If second, you're still under normal processing time, expecially if you didn't pay for expedited service.

Week 3 after I got my passport. Where can I find the instructions?
