I am gathering required documents for my fiance interview, and I have question in regards to the bank statement. I have an official letter from the bank that is intended to use for sponsorship. This document shows how much was deposited, spent, and current balance for rhe entire year. Will this work? Or will a fiance interview required a statement that shows a ledger of spending?

Stick to income simpler

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I second this... If it qualifies, just use income and don't bother with assets. That's what we did for Jaycel's interview in Manila.

Agreed with all above comments.... and the visa officer may not even ask for it.  That's what happened during my fiance's interview, I spent all that time gathering all the documents for the I-134 and they didn't ask for it, none of it LOL
That is one thing I learned is that the visa officer has a wide range of discretion during the interview regarding "required" documents.  But you have to prepare for the worst and get every possible document together with all expected supporting documents.

Same here - The only thing they asked Jaycel for was the required civil docs (BC, CENOMAR, Police Clearance, Passport). Never asked for the I-134 from her either. The consular officers certainly do have a huge amount of discretion. Jaycel went to the embassy with probably 250 pages of documents... But I know Murphy's Law all too well, if she didn't bring everything, they would have asked for whatever she didn't bring :D
