Question about sending packet to beneficiary

Looking in the guidelines here on the site, it says to send the packet that was sent to USCIS to the beneficiary. As you can see, for us that would be to the Philippines and the packet was pretty heavy. I’d rather not send all that if I don’t have to. Can’t she print it there? Is there something about printing it there that makes it unaccepable? I’ve also seen some filipinas video’s about their experience at the embassy being interviewed and there never seems to be any review of the packet. How did this guideline come to be?

its recommended to have a copy of the packet and evidence to bring with to the interview in case the officer asks for it.

they don't always do, as they have a copy of the approved packet themselves.

 

the beneficiary should be able to just print all of it in their home country and its not an issue

This is what we did for Jaycel's interview in Manila. They never asked her for it but she had it just in case....
