Main thing is to have the most recent years tax transcripts or ITRs, W2s or 1099s.

Changing jobs is no biggy. As long as you have one and show you've made enough money in the past to qualify!

I had never had a full-time real job before... We applied for the K1 on March 9th, I started my job on April 30th, and he had his interview on July 24th. So I had been employed only for about 3 months, and it apparently didn't worry the CO.

Switching jobs, you should be ok!

Should not be a problem.

My wife worked for only 6 months last year as she lived in Canada prior to that and had no income. The CO just anualised her income. Her employment letter did state that she made more than enough over the poverty guidlines and we included 2 recent pay stubs since it shows a YTD amount on the bottom.

I also switched jobs back in May and only have a letter of employment from the new job. You're ok if you switch jobs, may people have done it.
