Good morning all- sorry for being MIA. I updated my timeline and my spouse has been working since he received his EAD card in May. We had our AOS interview yesterday and all went well. The interview was not bad at all and as long as you are in a loving marriage, it should be a breeze. We left with a document that said our case cannot be approved yet because it is held for review. The USCIS officer, who was very friendly, said she has to look over my spouse's medical exam and scan in the evidence we brought for the interview.

That's exactly what happened at our interview last Wednesday and 24 hours later we got the approval notice on the portal. Hoping it's the same for you! :)

Congratulations! Did you do an additional medical exam in US? Or did they review the old medical exam from the UK?

Awesome! :)

The only thing I'm worried about is that we're changing apts after the 12th, which is two days after the interview, but I'm worried it'll mess up the interview if I put that in now..

(Definitely not the only thing I'm worried about btw)

oh man thats a tight timeframe

USCIS says you have to update the address as soon as you move, I assume that means you shouldn't do it before you officially move.

since you should be able to do it online, it should update pretty quickly

This is from the USCIS website:

If you are a alien in the United States, you must report any change of address to USCIS within 10 days of moving.

This is tricky. GC can be sent to old address despite you changing address.
