You can ignore MyProgress. It's never accurate. For my naturalization, it showed 3 weeks until decision on day of my oath.

 

I-130s take from 12 to 17 months based on VJ reports. You're processing normally.

As we’ve all said above, ignore ‘My Progress’ completely! 
 

For my daughters case last year it still said something like ‘12 months to decision’ the day before she got her approval, and the day she did get approval it had jumped up to ‘17 months to decision’. It really is hopeless. Just use the official processing time on the USCIS website.
