What happened why it says invalid document why they didn't see it?

We're at nvc stage, petitioner signed signature by hand (Black ink) for form I-864 but still rejected and ask to resubmit and he wrote his name on part one but still rejected the error said "please sign and date this by hand on part 8, Lines 6.a and 6.b., and replace this form with a new for form I-865 and please right the name on part one. " Plz advice me. Tia.

Path of least resistance is to make sure you have the most current I-864 and submit a new one after checking to ensure everything is correct.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Please write the name on the part one.  That's one says at ceac status where the form I-864 upload it says rejected or invalid document. While the please sign by hand that's what we got at ceac messages

Unclear.  Please quote exactly what you are seeing.  Rejected or invalid, I get.  That's a status, not a message.  If you want reliable help, quote exactly.
