I need to some community reinforcement and to ensure I don't miss anything.  I am about to hit SUBMIT this weekend...

 

Proof of Domicile:  

• First month payment on Mortgage and
• Latest payment on mortgage (is that good?) Do I need anything else? 

Proof of US citizenship:

• Passport and
• Birth Certificate

Finances:

• 5 years of tax return 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023
• Itemized list moneygram sent
• Investment
• co-signed moped purchase in his country
• Power of atty for our bank account in his country

Marriage: 

• Marriage certificate original and translated in his country: COPIED and original

Other: 

• Screenshot of chats
• Screenshot of social media postings 
• screenshot of email correspondence (not context), but the subject listing
• Dr. visit when I got sick in his country
• transportation tickets: Train, bus, etc
• pictures with family, wedding, honeymoon, anniversary
• 3 years copy of international driver license (2022, 2023, 2024)
• Hotels, car rentals, shopping
• 4 years of plane tickets:  2021, 2022, 2023 summer and winter, 2024 summer. 

Previous marriage: 

• Divorced and have originals/copies ready

AOS: 

• i864 long form

copy of DL would show US redency

mortgage receipts do not actually show u live in US (i own propterty in Moroc and Spain)

 

only need 2023 tax return and any W2's or 1099's

 

dr visit not needed 

only a few chats when starting and ending

do not send moneygram receipt

international DL not needed

 

i hope its boarding passes instead of plane tickets

 

for ds 260 copies of

his 2 criminal reports and Moroc birth certifacte and translations 

• Birth certificate
• Police certificate (fiche anthropometrique) and English translation
• Court record (casier judiciare) and English translation

English translations are not needed when documents are already in the local language.

Why not show moneygram receipts?   

My mortgage note shows my full address and my full name ... 

Some plane ticket itinerary, some boarding tickets, and stamped entry to Morocco Border.

Showing evidence the US Citizen is sending money to the foreign spouse, is not evidence of comingling of finances.  It's just you sending money to your foreign spouse.  It can hurt, and doesn't help.
