Lost with the Form G-325A

I am Belgian and live in Brussels and my fiancé is American and lives in Houston.

We will apply for the K1 visa and I thought that the procedure was:

- He has to send a petition for a fiancée Visa at the Texas Service Center that includes the Form I-129F and the Form G-325A.

In the Form G-325A, we have to list the applicant's residence & employment last five years. Is it enough to list them or do we have to provide a letter from landlords, employers that certify what is in the Form?

What is the Alien Registration Number? the number on my ID or my passport number?

08/16/2007 - I-129F sent to Vermont Service Center

08/20/2007 - NOA1

08/22/2007 - Touch

08/27/2007 - Touch

08/28/2007 - Touch

04/24/2008 - I-131 Touched... Finally I can track my case status online!

04/24/2008 - I-765 Approved

04/28/2008 - I-131 ARRIVED IN MAIL!!!!!

04/28/2008 - I-765 Card Production Ordered

05/03/2008 - I-765 Card received in mail

06/02/2008 - I-485 Card Production ordered

06/07/2008 - Welcome to the USA letter in mail

06/09/2008 - GREEN CARD RECEIVED IN MAIL !!!!!!!!!!!!!

You wont have an alien registration number unless you have been to the US before on something other than a tourist visa. Just leave it blank.

Just list then. They will verify with any records or background information they have.

1/22/07: I-129F sent to CSC

1/23/07: I-129F packet received and signed for at 9:45A.M.!!

1/29/07: NOA1

4/27/07: NOA2

5/01/07: NOA2 Hardcopy received

5/10/07: Approval arrives at NVC

5/14/07: Leaves NVC

5/17/07: Arrives at Bogota, Colombia

5/18/07: Packet 3 faxed to Embassy

5/22/07: Packet 3 sent via courier

5/30/07: Wendy receives packet 3 (Good thing we used the shortcut)

6/04/07: Packet 4 received

7/03/07: Medical appt. scheduled

7/05/07: Interview!!!! VISA APPROVED!!!!!!!

7/09/07: Visa in hand!!!

7/11/07: Point of Entry at LAX, complete success!!!!!!!!!!

7/24/07: Married!!!

08/02/07: Arrives at Chicago

I just started filling out the forms myself this past weekend, and I was about to post question on the forum about this, but they also have sample forms in this site; once I saw that, then my questions were resolved. The sample filled out forms help a lot for sure!

AOS

2009-01-12===> Sent AOS packet via UPS
2009-01-13===> AOS packet received
2009-01-28===> NOA's received in the mail
2009-02-01===> Biometric appt received in the mail
2009-02-06===> Completed biometric appt thru walk-in
2009-02-06===> Applied for expedited AP thru the phone
2009-02-14===> Received AP in the mail
2009-02-11===> Case transferred to CSC
2009-02-23===> EAD received
2009-05-02===> Green card received in the mail, no interview done.

Yes I can highly recommend the sample forms: you know they have been sent as they are shown on the site and have been accepted so you can copy them but just substitute the information for your own :)

I think I printed mine out like four times with different changes to make sure they matched exactly! Although I put Britain or UK down for country and apparently I had to put England... my OH had to change that in pen but apparently that is ok... like I need any other reasons to worry about getting an RFE!!
