"A research report made by the Queen's College shows that women from 21 to 30 working full time are paid 17% more than men with the same age and similar positions. It happens in all the levels. This fenomenun is starting to happen in some cities like New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, Monneapolis and Dallas. Since 2000 there are more women graduating from college/university than men. The research point that in 2005 53% of women on their 20's working in New York had concluded their graduation, agains 38% of men . Most of these women nor were married neither had children, what allows then to dedicate themselves 100% and to build a solid carreer. But when all the USA is considered in the research, women still making 89% of the males wages"

For me patircullarly the best world would pay & give opportunity to everybody according to their skills, independent of gender... If both deserve to be paid well, so do it !! But perform the same task and be paid less than a man, just because I'm a woman piss me off !!!
