No, this will all be done for them once the NVC has processed their case and it moves to the embassy.

Yes The nvc did send the case to the embassy and i got an email saying that now i can schedule the interview so again my question is wether  I can schedule it for her she is not computer savi ?

Scheduling the intervierview for Bankok can be done by either of u if you have received instruction packet

follow the instructions u received in the email by going to following site

The instructions below will be sent to applicants via email when their case is ready to be scheduled.  Do not schedule an appointment to come for an interview unless you receive these instructions to your email for your specific case and with your case number.  Appointments that are made without approval from U.S. Embassy Bangkok will be canceled.
