Is CEAC down?

My wife and I are in mexico and trying to login to https://ceac.state.gov/IV but after entering the case no and invoice no, it tells me that the request was rejected.

Does anyone else have the same issue?

Having the same problem for days. Sometimes I get message stating that CEAC is having problems and try in 24hours.

Are you in the USA or outside? I tried from my wife’s computer and she could login. But I couldn’t on my phone or my computer from Mexico. I’m back in the states now and have no issues.

Im in USA. 

I have had trouble accessing CEAC when I was in Iraq. I had to use a VPN to get access while there.
