My wife has an interview date April 5 for IR1 visa in Rio de Janeiro. Does anyone know if they will ask for a more current proof of income? The income I submitted for the past 3 years was all over 60,000 and I know that April 15 you will need to submit the current tax returns. Will they already ask me for this even though it is a bit earlier? Thanks

my wife's case was on AP for 16 months and we did not need to update the affidavit of support when AP was over in Morocco.

Consulates are different, but I don't think they will ask for updated I-864, my opinion.
