Just have a quick question regarding the submission date on my RFE. It states Your response must be received in this office by February 15 2024.

Does that mean that as long as i send it and have it postmarked before or on that date i am ok?

Just wanted to confirm my instincts/thoughts on this as that is the way i've always done this in the past with submissions.

It says received by 15th Feb. So I'd say you need to make sure it's there by then.

Please just gather what you have and send it on Monday. You've been overworking this rfe for some time in the forums. Having it delivered even if not perfect is miles better than risking missing the deadline, making your process face issues in the future.

Just. Send. It. Over. Stop overthinking. They are trying to give you a chance in having no interview. Take it.
