Does the intending immigrants new US job count towards Affidavit of Support?

If the intending immigrant has been approved for work authorization, and they get a job, does that income factor in towards the Affidavit of Support?

Yes they can use it. The spouse is still the main sponsor.

As far as I know this only is possible if beneficiary already lives with the sponsor and employment source is going to continue after becoming LPR. Similarly to using assets, it works half of the time.

They are doing AOS so it is a US job with work authorization.

This is the case for us.

We are married and living together now, and her job will continue after she gets her greencard.

 

Does her income factor into the support then?

 

And if my job situation changes, will it affect the case? If we still are over the poverty limit comfortably with her and mine's income?
