my first Married was in 1994 have a child ( she is now 25) divorced 2004

Married again 2012 and separated 2018, finally divorced in 2021. 

Now I know why and accepted who I'm , met someone same sex in 2018 

File K-1 in Nov-2022 , got interview Dec-14-2023  and got a 221G.

asked to submit more docs and received a note said. will get back and let us know.

and now ... have no idea what will be next . 

any input or thought ?

Did you submit the documents they've requested?

 

The fact that it is a same sex relationship has no bearing, since same sex marriage is legal in the US.
