Hi everyone ✋🏼

so long story short

my visa class was changed from ir2 to f11 4days after my interview was scheduled, I’m 23years now. My Dad filed my petition in 2019 and we got approved in 2020

my priority date is 2019.
my question is should I be worried coz I’m protected by the Cspa since I was only 19 when my dad filed in right? Will my case change back to ir2 or should we write the embassy or wait till the day of interview or what should we do? Pls I need your answers.

The only way I can make sense of this is that your father was a LPR and has now naturalised?

CSPA applies but to what extent I can not say.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Max they would take is 2 years so that is 2021, now 2024, what has happened?

Maximum for what?

My I-130 was file in 2019 and got approved in 2020

too much backlog and sometimes submitting wrong doc got me DQ in 2022

and now schedule for interview 2024

my problem is why did my visa class changed from ir2 to f11 when I’m protected by cspa. I was 20years when I got approved

My dad was a citizen before filing for me

Then your age should have been frozen. Contact the embassy and let them know you are protected under CSPA. Also raise it during the interview if you don't hear from them before then. Good luck.
