Embassy not answering emails?

I'm trying to contact an embassy in Turkey (Ankara) because I have a unique issue with my K1 case, I don't have a residency permit in the country anymore so I'm trying to double check with the embassy if they'll allow me to take the interview regardless. I've sent multiple emails over the course of December, and I've tried using this contact form as well https://tr.usembassy.gov/visas/contact-immigrant-visa-section/

and still no answer, at all. I need to know whether I should be transferring my case elsewhere or not but I've been left without an answer for weeks at this point, what can I do to get an answer soon? Also happy holidays everyone.

You may find the only realistic option is to attend the interview.

soooo wait for months just for an opportunity to schedule an attend the interview just to probably be turned away due to not having residency?... There has to be a better way than wasting months just waiting, contact congressmen?

You don't need residency for interview. It's not required by Embassy.

Are you sure? I've been trying to contact Ankara for weeks with e-mails and calls to no avail and still don't know if I can take my K1 interview there without residency, they just don't respond no matter what I do... it's ridiculous...

even without a residence permit? It's really hard to find any information on this topic let alone a confirmation, if you could point me as to where you've found this it'd be really appreciated. We're really concerned we'll be turned away at the interview making us waste months of our lives waiting
