If so, you’ll receive a 221g, pending medical results.  Probably smarter to just delay interview.

Most of the doctors do not offer vaccinations at the clinics. I think one office might.  Does your wife not have any of her childhood vaccines? If so she may not need any. If there is any she does need they may mark them as not recommended and give her a waiver for them.

X-rays will be needed nut they will protect the baby. She can even ask to be double shielded. If this risk is still too much for you both then delay the interview.

Montreal will give her a 221g but with Montreal it can last a really long time. Plus she will have to wait until the baby's birth to get the medical then they will want a new AOS and you will need to get CRBA for baby. It will be less hassle to just delay the interview.

After the baby is born your household size will have increased. They will want a new and updated AOS to show the change.

Thanks for your reply.

can you please advice if we take medical test now and leave x-ray due to pregnancy and then attend the interview and request mtl to receive x-ray in about 2 months as it will be 2 months till delivery of baby.

would that be ok.

how long do they wait for unfinished medical.

or request mtl to postpone whole medical and attend interview now and do full medical after baby birth.

or the last option as u said postponing interview would be much better.

thanks

Postponing your interview is the better option it is less hassle and in the end your visa will be issued faster. If you go to your interview now and delay the medical exam you will get a 221g be under “refused” wait to do your medical exam, you need to do your medical exam, get your medical results and turn them into the embassy this can also be a delay depending on the clinic everywhere is different, wait until the medical exam is entered into your case, case has to turn into ready then approved and then issued all this can turn into an estimate 1 month to 60 day wait (worse case scenario this is what the embassy says) or even less after turning in your medical exam.  Now let’s say you delay the interview the 2 months and you’re approved the embassy is issuing visas within 2 weeks you get your visa.
