INTERVIEW PROCESS AND HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS

Finally got our interview date. Reading past reviews for the Juarez embassy,  looks like they broke up the interview in 2 days.  Is this still happening? Or is everything one day?

 

Also, we need airbnb or hotel recommendations.

well based on the timeline it took 800 days for the interview date, that's ridiculous

Looks like a year from DQ to interview date, unfortunately that consulate does have quite a backlog.

Depends on when you can schedule your biometrics appointment.  Those interviewing at CDJ are required to schedule a separate appointment for biometrics collection prior to the actual visa interview.  More info here -- https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/CDJ-Ciudad-Juarez.html

Right.  800 days from when I filed the i130. But 10 months from when we DQ'd.
