Help with DS-260 message indicating all documents have not been submitted.

Hello,  kindling appreciate your help with the message I received on my DS-260 submission.  "NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Once these documents have been submitted, we will review your case. "   

 

I reviewed the list of "required documents" on the  portal and confirmed the documents have submitted status and when I review they all look good. 

 

Your help is extremely appreciated.

Everything says submitted.  There is no different status, but looking at the above, you should now be in the queue.

US residency

 

If you plan to sponsor a family member or spouse for a green card, you must prove you meet the domicile requirement. You will need to show you have a principal residence at a U.S. address where you live most of the time and plan to in the future. As the primary petitioner, you must be the one to show U.S. domicile.

Sorry if not clear in my post, while all my documents indicated submitted on the portal - I received a message in my inbox saying that my case could not be reviewed until ALL documents are submitted.  However, I don't know which documents are missing.  How can i find out which documents are missing ?

 

Message from my inbox: 

 

NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Once these documents have been submitted, we will review your case. Please follow your CEAC Home page and https://nvc.state.gov.

@JeanneAdil As proof of the domicile requirement, I'm a US citizen working in the USA and have attached three years of tax information in the requested transcript format.  Is there anything that is required ?
