What options to choose to get PCC in India ?

Yes that is correct , “ Immigration Purposes Other Than Citizenship” .  Unless things have changed, Be prepared for a lengthy wait obtaining the PCC.

Is “Long term Visa/Stay” not valid?

 

we have our PCC using that option.
