Police Record in Morocco

Hi everyone, 

I really need your help

I'm Cameroonian living in Morocco to complete my spouse's visa NVC ask me to bring my Moroccan police record, but when I went to the police station,the answer from police is " we don't have that paper for foreigners" and they sent to the court to get criminal record from the Court. NVC is still denying my application.HOW TO OBTAIN A POLICE RECORD IN MOROCCO FOR FOREIGNERS? .

There’s a different document for third country nationals. Is that the one you tried to obtain? 
 

Alternate Documents: The Extrait du Casier Judiciare serves as an alternate document for Moroccan citizens aged 16 and 17 and third-country nationals. 

Exceptions: None

Comments: The Fiche Anthropometrique is delivered only to bearers of the new format Carte d’Identite Nationale. The document is not available to Moroccan citizens under the age of 18 or third-country nationals.  Moroccan citizens who are 16 or 17 years of age or current or former residents who are not citizens of Morocco should instead obtain an Extrait du Casier Judiciare.

I submitted the Casier judiciaire but NVC need also the police record but I don't know how to get that. And police they don't give it to me. I'm confused.

You can’t get that according to what I posted. Go to that link and screenshot the whole section and include that tin your response to NVC, it should work. It’s not the first time NVC requests stuff that doesn’t apply to a situation.
